At Bespoke Events & Co., we’re honored to travel wherever your story takes us. To ensure we can be fully present and rested for your celebration, travel accommodations may be required when your venue is located more than 90 minutes round trip from Portland, or when the rehearsal and wedding take place on consecutive days.
In these cases, a one- or two-night hotel stay near your venue may be added to your proposal, along with any applicable travel fees. This allows our team to arrive safely, manage logistics with care, and bring the same energy and attention to detail to every moment of your wedding weekend.
We handle all travel arrangements in-house to ensure a seamless experience and provide a detailed travel estimate once your event location and schedule are confirmed.
