We’ll handle the setup and breakdown of all personal items (signage, guest books, table numbers, favors, etc.) so you, your family, and your friends can focus on celebration — not clean-up.

Even if you have already booked some vendors, we’ll gladly recommend trusted creatives (florists, signage artists, rental companies, etc.) that align with your style and budget.

At Bespoke Events & Co., we’re honored to travel wherever your story takes us. To ensure we can be fully present and prepared, travel fees are applied to events taking place outside of our local service area (30 miles from Portland, Oregon).
Local Travel (within 30 miles)
Travel within 30 miles of Portland is included in all packages. Additional mileage beyond that radius is billed at $0.75 per mile (round trip).Regional Travel (30–200 miles)
For events requiring regional travel, mileage is billed at $0.75 per mile (round trip). If travel time exceeds 2.5 hours each way or setup requires an early arrival or late departure, overnight accommodations will be arranged and billed at the actual hotel rate.Destination Travel (200+ miles or flights required)
For destination weddings and events, the client covers airfare or car rental, checked baggage (if applicable), hotel accommodations for 2–3 nights, and ground transportation to and from the venue. A daily per diem of $60 is added for meals and incidentals.We handle all travel arrangements in-house to ensure a seamless experience and provide a detailed travel estimate once your event location and schedule are confirmed.
